First, you cannot out-train a poor diet. The way you fuel your body is directly effecting everything from your mood to your movement.
Second, you're human. Tell me what you're not willing to sacrifice and what you simply can't stomach and we'll work around it.

Substantive change doesn't happen overnight and numbers don't lie. Data visualization tools help you see the relationship between your habits and your progress. More importantly, they help you stay the course.
